 Recent News & Announcements:

• Trick or Treat will follow the Orange Township schedule. 
• Bylaws Merger:Letters and Ballots were sent in June 2023. Please send in your votes.
  • By voting yes this will make our Wynstone community under 1 set of bylaws to manage. Currently there are 3 different set of bylaw rules, all with varying degree.
  • We need 75% of the neighborhood to vote on the merger to move further.
  • How will the merger help the community:
    • Streamline all bylaws
    • Update existing bylaws
    • Allow solar panels
    • Update short term rental terms (Airbnb, vrbo etc)
    • Sex offender restrictions
    • Use digital communication to the community.

Our current bylaws are outdated and confusing. They need a refresh but we have to pass the merger as phase 1 of 2 in this process.
